Refund & Returns Policy – Memorial Store

At Memorial Store, we take great care in ensuring that all items are sent out in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase. 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and your order number. A replacement will be issued once the damage has been verified.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases, however the following conditions apply:

  • A $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.  

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet these conditions.
